The Needham Pubic Schools does not discriminate against students, parents, employees or the general public based on race, color, sex, homeless status, gender identity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or age.  Discrimination or harassment by administrators, teachers, certified and support personnel, students, vendors and other individuals at school or at school-sponsored events is unlawful and is strictly prohibited.
