The Office of Human Resources manages the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of all employees in the Needham Public Schools. Our mission is to provide services to school employees to promote a positive and healthy work environment for all staff. We are committed to the personal and professional growth of all employees.
In support of our employees, this office also serves as the liaison to the Town for benefits including health insurance, dental insurance and life insurance. We also manage and can assist you with retirement, the employee assistance program, and tax-sheltered annuities.
The Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources supervises the staff development program and the mentoring program for teachers in the Needham Public Schools.
