If your student has an injury or hospital procedure, please update your school nurse as soon as possible.  Your school nurse will help coordinate safe return and ensure any accommodations needed are implemented.  

In some cases, a school clearance form might be required to return to school.  To be excused from PE class, a written doctor note is required. 

Please keep in mind that your student should not return to school if he/she requires narcotics for pain management.
